QP Fresh started operations on 1 January 2007. The business was created through an alliance of fresh produce suppliers in the Netherlands that have been active in their own specialized markets for dozens of years. Its target groups include hotel chains, party caterers, holiday parks, airlines and exporters. The business supplies a wide range of fresh products, baked goods, dried goods, wines and convenience foods.
All the partners' products and services reflect their vision of quality and tradition. QP Fresh has no desire to be a marketing machine. It wants to be known as a business that listens to the market, innovates and promotes sustainability. We will achieve this by working in cooperation with our partners and customers. Our motto is: “We are proud to keep our word”.
QP Fresh works on a highly innovative concept that has been successfully launched and welcomed in the Dutch and international markets. The business is distinct from all other full service concepts available in the Netherlands in that it is completely open about its purchase prices, selling prices and logistics. All the partners allied in QP Fresh International have adopted the Cost+ model for full transparency.
QP Fresh’s mission is to offer its customers products and advice that have definite added value. Working through long-term partnerships, QP Fresh achieves this in part through optimal external communication over the internet. Its aim is to realize added value and product innovation for its customers, using seasonal products that earn a healthy return for all parties and increase market shares in the longer term.
