The redemption center (36 sq.mtr.) was opened to facilitate the creation of brand loyalty for all the brands represented by Kusters' Trading. Through aggressive consumer pull promotions, the company tries to achieve maximum brand loyalty and added value by offering popular items redeemable for the various product labels or packaging.

Wine tasting facility

Due to increased sales and a well balanced portfolio in very well known brands of vintage wines from all over the world, we build a 72 sq.mtr. wine tasting facility, with the ambiance of a wine cellar.

This will better instruct our own sales force in the fine art of vinology and to improve their general wine knowledge and of course, to give our customers in the F & B or  in general an opportunity  to a first hand experience to select their favorite wines.
